Returns & Refunds Policy

Introduction
At TSHK Customs, we aim to provide clear and fair return and refund procedures for automotive performance parts. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
1. EU Right of Withdrawal
EU consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email info@tshkcustoms.com with your order number and a clear statement of withdrawal. You must send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. We will provide the return address and instructions by email.
2. Return Conditions
Please pack returned items securely, preferably in their original packaging. You may inspect the product as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality. Handling beyond this may result in a deduction for diminished value where permitted by law. Opening packaging alone does not automatically remove statutory withdrawal rights.
3. Return Shipping
For a change-of-mind return, the customer bears the direct cost of returning goods, unless otherwise agreed or required by law. For defective, incorrect or non-conforming goods, applicable statutory remedies will be provided without costs that the seller is legally required to cover.
4. Refunds
Where the statutory withdrawal right applies, we refund eligible payments, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Refunds are normally made through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
5. Custom and Made-to-Order Parts
Goods genuinely made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal where applicable law permits. A product being labelled Pre-Order, Available to Order or Built to Order does not by itself remove withdrawal rights. Statutory rights for non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
6. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Goods
Contact info@tshkcustoms.com with your order number, a description of the issue and, where available, photographs. EU consumers have statutory conformity rights, generally including a minimum two-year legal guarantee. Depending on the circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract and refund.
7. Automotive Performance Parts
Please check vehicle compatibility and local road-use requirements before purchase. Some products may be intended for motorsport or off-road use only where indicated. Improper installation or misuse may be relevant to assessing a claim but does not override mandatory statutory rights.
8. Orders Outside the EU
For customers outside the EU, applicable local consumer laws and the terms disclosed at checkout govern withdrawal and returns. Contact us before sending an international return. This policy does not exclude any mandatory local rights.
